1. Who does what

Phuket Yacht Wedding acts as a broker and planning service. Each yacht is owned and run by a third-party owner or operator, who is responsible for the vessel, its crew and safety at sea.

2. Requests, offers and bookings

Sending a request through this website does not create a booking. Once it reaches us, we check availability and prepare an offer that states the final price and the charter details. Your booking exists when you accept that offer and its stated conditions are fulfilled.

3. Symbolic ceremonies

Any ceremony held on board – a wedding, an elopement or a renewal of vows – is a symbolic celebration. We do not perform, arrange or promise a legal marriage, a certificate or a registration.

Legal marriage registration in Thailand is a separate official process and is the sole responsibility of the couple. Requirements differ by nationality and can change; please check with your embassy and the official Thai sources. Nothing on this website is legal advice.

4. Extras and third-party suppliers

Extras such as a ceremony arch and florals, a celebrant, photography, video, music, catering, a cake or transfers are provided by independent suppliers. What is included, and the price, are set out in your offer; each supplier remains responsible for its own service.

5. Prices

All prices on this website are starting prices in Thai baht and cover the whole yacht; listed prices include 7% VAT. Figures in other currencies are approximate. The binding amount is the one in your offer. Unless your offer states otherwise, the price excludes extras, catering, transfers and any island or national-park fees.

6. Payment, deposit, changes and cancellation

How you pay, the deposit, the balance and the rules for any change or cancellation are set out and confirmed in your booking, which you see before accepting. No payment is taken on this website.

7. Weather and safety

Safety at sea lies with the captain, who may alter or shorten the route, move the ceremony to another anchorage or delay departure in response to weather, sea conditions or official instructions. How such situations are handled is confirmed in your booking.

Everyone on board follows the instructions of the captain and crew. Life jackets are carried for every guest, children stay under the supervision of their parents or guardians, and the number of guests may not exceed the yacht’s maximum.

8. National parks

Several routes pass through national parks, where rules, fees and seasonal closures apply and may change the stops of the day.

9. Liability

We plan every request with care but are not responsible for events beyond our control. These terms do not limit any rights you hold under applicable law.
