FAQ

Ceremony & guests

Does a wedding on the yacht count as a legal marriage?

Ceremonies on board are symbolic: vows, rings and a celebrant reading words you choose. We do not perform or promise legal marriages or certificates. Legal marriage registration in Thailand is a separate official process the couple handles themselves – please check with your embassy and the official Thai sources.

Can you arrange a celebrant?

Yes, a celebrant or officiant for a symbolic ceremony can be arranged on request and quoted with your offer.

Which extras can you organise?

A ceremony arch and florals, a photographer and videographer, string music, catering from canapés to a seated dinner, a wedding cake and a transfer to the pier – all on request.

How many guests can we invite?

Up to 40 on Golden Promise 55, 30 on Ivory Sail 50, 25 on Eternal Pearl 102, 20 on Silk Horizon 65 and 12 on Moonlit Rose 55 or Grand Serenade 139.

FAQ

Booking & prices

How does a request work?

Send the date, the number of guests, the moment you are planning and the yacht you like – or choose “Help me choose”. We ask the yacht operator about your date and answer with the final price and a plan. Nothing is reserved until you accept the offer.

Is the price per person?

No – every price is for the whole yacht, private to your party. Listed prices include 7% VAT.

What about the deposit and cancellations?

Deposit, payment and any cancellation conditions are set out and confirmed in your booking, so you see them before you agree.

Do you own the yachts?

No. We are a broker and planning service; each yacht is operated by its owner, with a captain and crew of its own.

FAQ

The day at sea

What if the weather is poor on our date?

Safety rests with the captain, who may switch the route, the anchorage or the timing. Any change, and how it is handled, is confirmed in your booking.

When is the calmest season?

November to April brings the calmest sea and the most reliable sunsets. From May to October there is more swell and rain; sheltered Phang Nga Bay stays possible through the year.

Where do we board?

Either Chalong Pier or Ao Po Grand Marina, according to the yacht and route you choose – your booking confirms which.
