Who we are
Phuket Yacht Wedding (phuketyachtwedding.com) is a broker and planning service for proposals, symbolic ceremonies and other celebrations for couples on private yachts in Phuket, Thailand. You can reach us through the contact page.
Information we collect
A request form asks for the details you choose to give: your name, email address, an optional phone number, how you prefer to be contacted, the date, guest count, occasion, route, extras and any notes. We also record the language and address of the page you sent it from. Payment details are never collected on this website.
For security, our hosting provider may keep technical logs such as IP addresses. To prevent spam we hold a one-way (hashed) value derived from your connection for one hour; the IP address itself is not saved with your request.
Why we use it
Your details let us answer you, check the date with the yacht operator, prepare an offer and arrange the charter. For this we pass on what is needed – for example the date, the number of guests and your name – to the yacht operator and, where you have asked for them, to the suppliers of extras such as florists, celebrants, photographers, musicians, caterers or drivers.
Your data is never sold, and we do not use it for marketing that has nothing to do with your request.
Cookies and statistics
Your browser’s local storage remembers the currency you picked. Where statistics tools are active they may place cookies to count visits; your browser settings let you block them.
How long we keep it
We keep a request for as long as we need it to handle the enquiry, the charter and any legal duties, and delete it afterwards.
Your rights
At any time you may ask for a copy of your data, for a correction, or for your request to be deleted – contact us via the contact page.
